This video lesson shows how to open a workbook using Excel Online (the Free online version of Excel 2016 previously called the Excel 2016 Web App). The lesson begins by taking you to Microsoft's OneDrive site to access Excel 2016 Online. You'll then see how to open an Excel 2016 workbook using the free Excel 2016 online app. The lesson then shows how to expand and collapse the Excel Online (Excel Web App) Ribbon. You'll then learn how you can also open an Excel 2016 workbook from a OneDrive using a locally installed desktop copy of Excel. The lesson also discusses how Excel 2016 Online automatically saves any changes made meaning there is no need for a Save button.
